Our Story

Caroline discovered her natural ability and love of baking at home with her mother (Brigid), on the Straffan Road in Co. Kildare. It was the focus on family Sundays that allowed Caroline’s natural ability to shine. This was a special time for Caroline and her mother, where they baked diligently and in harmony for their family.

It wasn’t long before Caroline discovered that she had a real flair for flavouring and design.

As the years went on it wasn’t long before her nephews and niece arrived on the scene & the birthday orders began to come in. This allowed Caroline to develop her talent, nurture her skills and experiment with flavours in a family environment.

With a little encouragement and nudge in the right direction from a long-time friend and cousin (Patrick O’Brien), Caroline decided to turn her talent into a viable home business.
